Sales Director

We are looking for an experienced Sales Director. He/she should join the management of the company with responsibility for all sales activity and 12 international salesmen and women currently, with ambition of 15-20 till the end of 2020. The company is achieving significant sales growth momentum fueled by main markets in Europe as well as developing markets in the Middle East and Africa. The main job would be to:

  1. Ensure achieving sales and margin targets and report sales results on a regular basis
  2. Accelerate the growth of the sales by optimizing sales processes,
  3. Coordinate sales activities in individual markets with country managers and sales representatives
  4. Conduct business trips a week on the month
  5. Train and develop skills of new sales representatives
  6. Coordinate efficient communication among other departments (purchase, marketing)
  7. Business Development  – coordinate founding and initial operation of new subsidiaries potential markets and regions
  8. Help communicate sales teams requirements and needs within the company
  9. Acquire new key customers and further develop existing relationships

We are looking for an experienced candidate who:

  • Has sales working experience at least 5 years including management of international multicultural sales team
  • Has drive, overachieves and likes challenges
  • Is interested in photovoltaics and willing to learn about the industry
  • Knowledge of PV market is an advantage
  • Speaks English fluently (C1/C2)
  • Has excellent interpersonal communication skills, willing to learn new soft skills
  • Is precise, reliable, flexible and fast learner
  • Has working knowledge of PC office suites, has technological understanding
