An international Distributor of Photovoltaic Systems. We spread our expertise in renewable energy opportunities. We are an international team of 40 enthusiasts bringing the latest technologies to the market that have a positive impact on the environment for these and future generations.

Our Finance Department consists of 4 team members: Cash Flow Specialist, Internal Accountant, Reporting Specialist and a Customer Finance and Business Cases Specialist. You will be in charge of the team focusing on operational finance agenda such as Cash Flow Management, Business and Financial controlling and reporting, OPEX analysis and optimization, planning and forecasting, group consolidation and accounting.


Job description:

  • Business controlling
  • Business analysis – sales, margin, operational expenses
  • Sales – monitoring trends, analysing actual vs plan and forecastManagement reports preparation
  • Financial controlling
  • Ad hoc analysis according to current needs
  • Corporate KPIs tracking – revenues, costs, blind spots, invoices check (we know what we pay for)
  • Responsibility for processing and accuracy of statistical reports in the field of economics and accounting – control and summary reports for the tax office
  • Setting tools and rules for reporting and controlling
  • Overseeing the accounting activities
  • Cooperation with a tax advisor and auditor
  • Communication will be mainly focused on the inside of the company – negotiations with the tax office if necessary
  • Preparation for strategic financial decisions (analysis of markets for business opportunities – expansion, acquisitions, mergers, etc.)
  • Direct reporting to the CEO and close cooperation with the Board on strategic finance projects
  • Close Cooperation with Sales Director, Head of Logistics, Marketing Manager, HR Manager


The ideal candidate:

  • Will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in financial controlling, a total of 5 + years of experience in financial management
  • Experience with financial management in the field of B2B sales of physical products
  • Experience with team management of min. 3 people
  • English at a very good level
  • Diligence, ability to think in context and independent problem solving
  • Very good knowledge of MS Excel
  • Good overview of controlling issues,accounting and tax legislation
