Office Manager

Solarity is a distributor and solutions provider of photovoltaic (PV) systems. We offer a complete assortment of both on-grid and off-grid solutions, including modules, inverters, mounting systems and accessories, to PV professionals in Europe, the Middle East and Northern Africa. 

Our international team has 10 years of PV experience and is based in Prague, Budapest, Kyiv, Amman and Warsaw.

Job Overview

We are looking for a dedicated Office Manager to handle general office management tasks as well as reception duties. The ideal person has excellent communication and multitasking skills, a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.

The ideal candidate:

  • Support other subsidiary offices in operation (help with office management, company cars, communication with foreign institutions etc.)
  • Organizes the insurance, leasing, mobile phones purchase, mobile tariffs supervision etc.
  • Arrangement of Visa, Welcome letters, Working permits for foreign colleagues
  • Company events organization supervision
  • Act as a first point of contact for internal and external inquiries
  • Coordinates and schedules appointments and meetings
  • Property evidence – handover protocols, inventory checks
  • Partner with HR to update and maintain office policies as necessary
  • Coordinate business trips (bills settlement and travel arrangements)
  • Review legal and founding documents to make sure we fulfill all the legal and contractual obligations
  • Supervision of the receptionist
