Role description

We are looking for an experienced Sales Representative to join the sales team based in Morocco – Casablanca. Morocco is one of the company’s key markets. The job of Sales Representative would be to accelerate the growth of the sales in Morocco by acquiring new customers and further developing existing relationships. The Sales Representative will be covering selected regions in Morocco. We expect candidates to be interested in photovoltaics and have strong aspiration in the business development and sales. The selected candidate will initially go through two months Solarity training consisting mainly of:

Phase 1 (Skills development): 1st month

  • Intense research and market understanding 
  • Thorough study of the photovoltaics and development of key skills for Phase 2
  • Product training
  • Business training
  • Communication training
  • Work with CRM
  • Learning by doing – support of colleagues in sales process

Phase 2 (Communication and Sales generation): 2nd month

  • Business development of Solarity position in the market
  • Every day communication with customers
  • Leads generation
  • Joined sales meetings
  • Training and development possibilities
  • Work in one of the most dynamic industry

We are generally looking for a talented candidate who:

  • Has sales working experience and knows sales is the right field
  • Has drive, overachieves and likes challenges
  • Is interested in photovoltaics and willing to learn about the industry
  • Knowledge of PV market in Morocco is an advantage 
  • Speaks French fluently (C1)
  • Communicates in English fluently (B2/C1)
  • Education – min BAC +3
  • Has excellent interpersonal communication skills, willing to learn new soft skills
  • Is precise, reliable, flexible and fast learner
  • Has working knowledge of PC office suites, has technological understanding
  • Has a driving license
